At the beginning of the year, Asus promised two things for the Transformer Prime tablet – an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (which is already out) and a bootloader unlock tool that would allow Android tinkerers to do fun custom stuff with this tablet (as they usually do with Android devices that don't come with locked bootloaders). Now we know when to expect that tool – in February.
